NeoRecruit is an AI-powered platform designed to streamline hiring by generating tailored interview frameworks, evaluating CVs, and managing candidate interactions. The Service allows users to input job descriptions, define evaluation metrics, and review AI-generated interview questions and candidate assessments. Features include automated CV analysis, candidate video tracking, and personalized candidate communications.
3. User Responsibilities
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using the Service, including job descriptions and candidate data.
- Compliance with Laws: You must use the Service in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, including data protection and employment regulations.
- Prohibited Conduct: You may not use the Service to:
- Upload or transmit unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including through hacking or introducing malicious code.
- Use the Service to discriminate against candidates based on protected characteristics (e.g., race, gender, religion) in violation of applicable laws.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or access the Service’s proprietary algorithms or code.
4. Intellectual Property
- Ownership: All content, software, and technology underlying the Service, including AI models, algorithms, and generated outputs (e.g., interview questions), are owned by Neodonya, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
- User Content: You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service (e.g., job descriptions, CVs). By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that content solely to provide and improve the Service.
- Feedback: Any feedback or suggestions you provide about the Service may be used by us without obligation to you.
5. Subscriptions and Fees
- Free and Paid Plans: The Service may offer free access with limited usage quotas and paid subscription plans (e.g., SuperGrok) with higher quotas. For details on subscription plans, contact info@neorecruit.ai.
- Payment: If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or specified in our refund policy.
